SolarBeat

SolarBeat was designed by Luke Twyman of White Vinyl Design, and is described as "an interactive data visualisation (and sonification). It uses the real orbital frequencies of the major bodies of our solar system, and uses them to generate an endless melody as each planet plays a note with each orbit. Visitors can adjust the speed of time, as well as change audio effects and which musical scale is used."

There have been quite a few uses of what might be called an orbital approach in various composer's animated scores, and while this isn't necessarily a score, it very much fits in with the spirit of the works found on this site.
